Louise’s place was so much more than what we expected, the listed photos simply don't do it justice! The views were stunning and the accommodation was beautiful, it was so homely and immaculate you can definitely see how much love and thought was put into the place, It was fully equip with every need too. Even fresh milk and eggs were provided whilst greeting us in person to help us feel even more welcome. Helpful suggestions for events and food places were provided with a handy folder with tips on how to work everything in the place! Louise was very responsive and provided lots of things to do in the area, also a lovely welcome card and welcome sign on the wall with our names on! Honestly can’t fault a single thing about our stay and will definitely stay again!! Can’t recommend this place enough we were so sad to leave. This place is everything you need for a full private, peaceful and relaxing escape. Thank you so much for for such a wonderful weekend we couldn’t have asked for more.

The place was IMMACULATE and Louise had thought of everything to make the place welcoming and cosy. It had everything we needed to have a chilled and relaxing weekend in the countryside. Louise's communication was on point; she let us know specific directions on how to get there which was super helpful for us. Louise came to say hello and was happy to answer any questions we had when we first got there. She even asked us what our milk preference was and offered us some fresh eggs from her chickens (shout out to Dolly, Ginny, Vinny and Clara, delicious eggs!) The personal touches like a welcome card with our names on and letting us know of a local food festival that was on that weekend which was great btw thank you for that!)and the fresh flowers was something I really appreciated. The kitchen had everything you would need to be able to cook your own meals. We absolutely loved staying here and would happily come back (l'd have moved in tbh haha!) Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend

Beautiful location for hikes in the surrounding area or a visit to Hay-on-Wye. Louise was very responsive and had a lot of local knowledge about things to do and areas of interest. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Couldn't recommend this stay enough, we were very sad to leave!

Stayed at the beautiful Hafan for 2 nights and could not of asked for more. We used this as a base to do the Four Waterfall's Walk and climb Pen Y Fan and it's ideally located for anyone looking to explore South Wales. Louise and Brian have created a wonderful little Hideaway which was just perfect. Tastefully decorated, very comfortable and cosy with everything you could need for a little getaway. Could not recommend staying at Hafan enough - we will definitely be staying there again when visiting the area next. Thank you Louise and Brian!
