How we store your personal information

Your information will be securely stored digitally. The booking forms will additionally be retained as a paper copy.

Personal information retained on our devices and online storage will be deleted after 10 years. Paper copies will be securely shredded after 20 years.

Copies of identification documents will be deleted, destroyed or shredded immediately after the visit.

Financial information will be deleted destroyed or shredded immediately after all financial settlements and the refund of security deposits

Any data retained by other agencies or businesses used by us will be subject to their own Personal Data Policies. We have no control over these external sites and therefore we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide whilst visiting these sites.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
